One site per plan. Each WPProtect.pro maintenance plan covers one website with one WordPress installation. Support requests must relate to that site/installation.

One open request at a time. This ensures smooth progress and timely resolutions.

Reasonable scope per request. We handle requests within reasonable proportions so we can support all clients well. Urgent issues are prioritized.

Normal usage frequency. We expect a normal cadence of support requests that reflects fair usage.

Abuse or extreme volumes. Unusual or excessive support activity outside normal use may trigger a review and could lead to adjustments or, in rare cases, account termination by WPProtect.pro.

Exclusions from the maintenance plans

No maintenance or support for external services and software

Our support covers your WordPress website and standard admin tools only. Therefore:

  • No support for external platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Wix, etc.
  • No maintenance of third-party software outside WordPress (e.g., custom web apps or CRMs).
  • No guarantees on integrations with external tools (e.g., payment providers, accounting software).

Technical support for external systems is outside this plan.

We do have a strong technical knowledge inhouse and might help in some cases – as Sliced. In other cases we will gladly you refer you to another party within our network of professionals.

No custom development – this plan is maintenance and support

WPProtect.pro maintenance plans focuses on support and maintenance, not custom development. That means:

  • No custom features (e.g., bespoke plugins or new e-commerce functionality).
  • No redesigns or major restructuring of the website.
  • No full custom plugin configuration tailored to unique business logic.
  • No new API integrations or external software connections.

Need development? We offer custom development services, and are happy to discuss your requirements. But not as a part of the maintenance plan.

No support for extremely unstable or poorly built websites

We aim to maintain and support websites to a high standard. However, if a site is structurally unstable or technically problematic, support can become disproportionately complex. We may limit or refuse support when, for example:

  • The site relies on outdated or conflicting technologies causing structural issues.
  • The codebase is highly unstable (e.g., layers of poorly written or conflicting custom code).
  • The site uses an excessive number of plugins that together create unpredictable behavior.
  • There are structural database or server configuration problems that make otherwise normal requests unreasonably complex.

What we do in these cases

  • We assess the situation and indicate which issues fall outside normal support.
  • If desired, we advise on remediation, such as (partial) rebuilds.
  • We may decline support requests when the time/complexity is disproportionate to the Unlimited plan.
  • These conditions apply to all offers, quotations, services, and agreements under which WPProtect.pro provides goods and/or services.
  • Deviations are valid only if agreed upon in writing.
  • The Client’s general terms and conditions are expressly excluded.

If you are not a hosting your websites on one of the advised hosting partners.

No deep hosting support, though we can help with technical consultation and minor setting changes.

We are not your hosting provider in this scenario, so we do not provide:

  • Server administration or in-depth troubleshooting for hosting platform issues.
  • Website migrations to other hosting providers.
  • Debugging of hosting-specific errors outside WordPress

What we can do: Where possible in your control panel, we can assist with small adjustments (e.g., changing PHP versions or basic settings).

No email support.

We do not support:

  • Setting up or troubleshooting email accounts and mailboxes.
  • Incoming/outgoing email delivery problems.
  • Email migrations between providers.

Email is a service operated by your hosting or external email provider.

Changes

These exclusions and fair-use rules may be updated from time to time. WPProtect.pro (Sliced CommV) reserves the right to reasonably modify or supplement this Fair Use Policy. The current version is available on our website.
